Web Order processing, picking, and shipping only occurs during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM.
Web Orders placed after 4:00PM will be not be processed until the next business day.
Orders placed after 4:00PM on Friday will not be processed until Monday and shipped on Tuesday unless it is a Priority Order (expedited shipping method has been chosen).
Priority Orders (FEDEX Overnight and FEDEX 2 day) placed after 4:00PM on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Saturday Delivery is not available.
FedEx SmartPost Transit Times typically 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. Longer transit times to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. Return Policy Returns of in stock items within 30 days of purchase will be exchanged, credited to your account or refunded via Sons of Ben Web-Store store credit.
Some products on this site are made to order and custom printed for your order. This makes your order a special order, and all sales are final. As part of the process, please see the product mock-up listed on the web-store. By agreeing to purchase the item, you are approving both the product and embellishment. Orders may take up to 10 to 14 days to be printed and shipped, however a faster production time is possible. Orders can be cancelled prior to product embellishment but once printed, returns and cancellations are not permitted.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items Kevin's Wholesale will replace any item that is determined to be damaged or defective. In cases of damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All damaged and defective products must be returned to Kevin's Wholesale for inspection before a final determination can be made. Action (in the form of a reprint/replacement) can be taken only after we receive the damaged goods back from the customer in the original packaging. Please contact us by phone before returning damaged or defective items to arrange for the payment of shipping costs.
Return Process Include the original packing slip and a copy of your order confirmation in your returning package along with your returning items.
